We encourage clients to approach service bookings responsibly and to follow event organizers' established rules.


Communication and Order Support

We do not provide consultations or negotiate via phone or in-person meetings. All communication is managed through our official contact channels listed on our website and news channels.

After purchasing services from us, you become our client and will be provided with additional communication channels to quickly solution of any order-related issues.


Payment for Services

Payment for the selected service can be made in various formats, depending on our partners' preferences and the conditions of the specific order.

We act solely as an intermediary between the client and our partners. We are not responsible for condition changes, event cancellations, denial of access, or any other decisions and actions made by event organizers and third parties.

Clients are fully responsible for following all organizer requirements, providing accurate information, fulfilling formalities, and their behavior at events.

We do not compensate for losses, provide refunds, or accept responsibility for:

  • Changes to event programs, rescheduling, or cancellations by organizers. 

  • Access issues caused by the client (e.g., dress code violations, not following the rules, inaccurate information). 

  • Actions of third parties, including but not limited to security, logistics, or courier companies. 

  • Force majeure circumstances, including weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, and emergencies. 

  • Any personal losses, including financial, reputational, or other damages happened to the client due to event participation. 

 

The client accepts these terms by paying for our services and acknowledges all potential risks associated with purchasing and using our services.
